After upgrading to Big Sur I'm having trouble using an email account on my 2015 MacBook Pro in Mac Mail. I have two other email accounts (iCloud & Gmail) that do not have a problem. It says the username or password are not recognized. I had no problem adding the email account using Thunderbird.
Any troubleshooting tips on getting it to work is appreciated.
After attempting numerous times I was able to get the email account to work by doing the same thing I previously did.
