Mac mini 16 gb upgrade performance

no the cut off has been 512mb with 8gb 9gb 10gb 12 gb or 16gb of ram in the server and the base models. I have tried all of the above in a server and most in a base model.


I don't like the mid models and did not test them with more then 8gb of ram.
