This is cool! For those that need a 3d printer, search for services in your area if you don’t want to buy one. You might have a maker space near you, where you can go in and learn how to use a machine to print.
Great job!Hey all — here’s my adorable Little mini Mac Pro project. It fits! Hope you enjoy.

Just drop the Apple logo so you don't get in any trouble. You have done a great job. I see you have a on/off switch solution, I thought of the exact same solution, the difference is, you made one. Well done!Thank's y'all! I'm having fun with this - the response has been great.
At this point, I'm perfectly fine to just leave it as a free download and rack up some MakerWorld credits. That said, there has been a lot of interest from folks who don't have 3D printers.
I'm not personally interested in getting into the complexities and labor of physical production and sales/shipping, but I may have a contact whom I could license to do print-on-demand production on my behalf. Stay tuned for pricing etc.
Check with your local library. Two of our libraries recieved 3D printers donated from corporate sponsors, such as Intel, and allow you to upload the STL file and print for free.Question:
1. I wouldn't even know where to start with printing, I don’t even know anyone with this.
2. What would be a reasonable price to offer for someone (you?) to make this?
3. Can you see the white light on the front, is it covered or shows through?
Thanks
I Absolutely love this, but Apple’s legal department is probably not going to like it as much…
Is it Slant3D?I'm not personally interested in getting into the complexities and labor of physical production and sales/shipping, but I may have a contact whom I could license to do print-on-demand production on my behalf. Stay tuned for pricing etc.
That's awesome! I don't have a Mini (well, I do, but it's a 2009), so I won't be using your files, but bravo zulu!
Oooh, could someone 3D print a small cottage for me?OP:
Great job.
I think you may have started a small "cottage industry" for yourself, if that appeals to you...
No. It's a cheap travesty in a plastic wrapper.Hey all — here’s my adorable Little mini Mac Pro project. It fits! Hope you enjoy.
