Mac OS 10.13.1 Perfomance

Anyone running HS with with HFS+ and non SSD? I am curious to see others experiences with this setup is.

imac 27 with gtx 780 without ssd.
bad performance. long loading times and sometimes stutter on a mac that was really fast

Runs just fine on my 2011 MBA with 2 GB of RAM and a 64 GB SSD.

Runs like a champ! 10.13.1 is the best yet. This 2010 vintage iMac 12GB with spinning disk has been updated successively from 10.6 ‘Snow Leopard’. I have yet to update our newer machines.
