GREY TEXT!

Grey text is awful!
How about the Home app's display of temperature settings? The temperature values are grey text on a grey background. The most important information on the screen and it is the least legible of all the text.

Related rant to that screenshot - what's with the Ok checkmark being different colors everywhere? Why would I think a yellow, or especially a red (Reminders) check mark was something I should click for Ok?

Yes I post, you can easily check. And yes, I think that most people seeks help. The issue IS indeed real but often the solution lies in our specific setup (electron apps, antivirus, specific hardware, plugins, ...).

To be clear I, personally, don't like that Apple screw up some basic things (ex drivers) without warning but let's be serious... there is still no competition (linux or windows)
So it’s my non existent plugins that make my wiped Mac act up?
Sure, let’s put the blame somewhere else.
I agree that many issues are user and setup specific, but when these issues only occur once you updated to macOS 26, I wouldn’t dare blame the user or the third party developer for it. I blame Apple.
You’re probably also right that most people seek help. But we we‘re talking about providing help or stirring up a conversation that can be looked up on the web. Most people definitely don’t do that.

But it's also nonsensical to broadly say "X is a bug riddled mess". Remember that generally most users who have positive experiences don't crawl on forums too shout their praises. They go about their day and use the product.

That said, Tahoe (and iOS 26) fixed problems I was experiencing prior to upgrading. My 32" iPad Air was having a battery issue where it would barely last a day and I was having a lot of app crashes on its. M2Pro Mini was having issues losing connections that were plugged into my USB-A ports, and some weird app/driver crashes (especially with my Huion digital tablet), those have since been cleared up.

Plus hey, loving the return of Frutiger Aero with LG.
I don’t disagree, simply stating something isn’t right without further details doesn’t help anyone either.
That’s why I, personally, converse with people about the specific problems I have, often with screenshots, and usually I have reported these problems already in the feedback app.
It’s great that 26 actually fixed someone’s problems. Wish that was the case for everyone.
