Um, no, that makes no sense. The number that comes after "10" is "11". 10.4.10.1 would imply a minor update for 10.4.10, something that Apple generally does not distribute. (Though there was that one incident with, what was it, 10.2.8? Even then I'm not sure if they renamed the fixed version, maybe because they have enough dots already.)
