Well, it is nice to see they are pushing testing on graphics drivers.

If this is one hell of an update, let it take a little bit longer, as long as it is worth it.

I thought maybe they're trying to time it with the release of the quad 27" iMacs. It would come optimized and pre-loaded with 10.6.2. Except, they'd need quite a bit of lead time to produce all the 27" quads and load them, so I expect it's too late, and most of the quads are already produced and preloaded with 10.6.1.

AppleInsider has been right on that kind of prediction before though - saying that an update was several weeks away when everyone else was predicting imminent release.
