Mac OS X Lion About to Come - Should I install straight away or wait for reviews?

I have the free upgrade to lion which expires after 30 days upon release.

However I do not want to upgrade it right away, can I download Lion, throw it on a DVD and install it later when the initial bugs get smoothed out?
