You can buy the games now, just go to http://store.steampowered.com/. You can buy Steam games anywhere you have a web browser... you just can't install them until later 😀.

Actually I would recommend buying ASAP. There have been times where (due to a massive amount of users) the store goes down. Happens any time theres a good sale on. Happened last week with the Rockstar sale!

When I checked that page earlier this morning it showed a "Dragon Age Origin" picture I believe, when I checked the same page again 10 minutes ago it showed "Torchlight" and "Portal".
