Tracking says it left Anchorage Alaska yesterday and it is on schedule to be delivered today in South Carolina. Weel see..

ordered mine on 20-june to pick up in store and it said arrival 30-june which is tomorrow but on the website still says processing and I've received no email.... I know it is tomorrow but getting nervous. What if it doesn't arrive????

I ordered the same model on the 10th, and expected to get it by the 18th, the latest.
mine says 20-23, apparently theyre coming a day or so early so i hoping 19th or latest 21st
I ordered the i7 11inch, with 8GB RAM and 128 GB SSD on Thursday afternoon. It switched over to "shipped" on Friday evening, and has been gone through these steps, without actually leaving China:

It's scheduled to arrive here in Canada end of day Friday, but I'd be shocked if it takes that long. Once it actually gets on a flight out of China it's generally 2-3 days delivery.
Since I have my rMBP and this is just for having something extremely light when I want it, I'm not dying of impatience.

When did the notice that said they have to manually check it, after shipping or before?
Did you receive a form for you to put your Student ID?
What will happen when they found out that you aren't eligible?
They told me that on the phone. It was *only* at the initial release. The 2012 MacBooks have been out for a month now. You should have no problem getting the Back to School promotion, and if purchasing online then no Student ID is necessary. However if going to an Apple Retail Store, you may need to bring your Student ID.
The funny thing is, I'm not a student. I just ordered on the educational store to get the huge discounts... And I'm making sure they'll never find out.
I ordered mine on the 15th, shipped on the 18th. Says expected delivery is Monday the 23rd by 12PM.
My shipment is currently in Anchorage, AK and I'm in Southern California. I was hoping it would arrive early but I have my doubts and will probably end up riding out the weekend.

was in shanghai till Thursday, Friday arrived and departed Alaska... Destined for eastern Canada! Is says estimated arrival day is the coming Wednesday!
