I’m trying to replace the broken screen on my macbook air m3 (model: a3113). Everything has gone well, but now I can’t remove the 3 black screws on each hinge to remove the broken screen piece. This is weird since it seems like all 6 screws are stripped and can’t be removed. Each screw basically has nowhere for any size screwdriver to grip onto. The new screen assembly I got doesn’t come with screws so I want to possibly take these out without further damaging them and then I can screw them into the new screen assembly by hand. But if this isn’t possible, then I still need a way to remove them and then I can purchase new screws from somewhere online. I’ve attached a few pictures.

From Apple repair manual available freely on line:
"Use the 0.3–1.2 Nm adjustable torque driver and 8IP bit to remove the six 8IP screws".

why not get apple to fix/replace it? The M3 hasn't even been out a year yet.
Seeing if I can DIY a screen replacement not covered under warranty. Apple quoted $500+ but I see aftermarket screens for about $200. Most are advertised for M2 so I’d like to confirm compatibility with an M3 MBA.
