2 x iMac 27 Core i7 3.4Ghz with 32GB of Ram and 2TB Internal Disk Drives
3 x External Firewire 800 6TB WD MyBook Duo Drives
'12 MacBook Air 2.0Ghz Core i7 with 8Gb Ram and 512GB SSD
4th Gen iPad for Streaming News and when I need to have a e_doc opened while performing certain tasks.

Everything is backed up to twin 4TB NAS' on Gig-E

I manage my clients' virtual infrastructure environments and run 3 to 4 vm's per iMac. The Air is used when I need to travel to a client's site to perform upgrades, etc.

I would like to do something better with all the ugly wires. My wife would really like it if I could make them disappear. ;)

WiFi? ;)

1. I have a 2011 11" 2gb/64gb
2.Yes, It's usually connected to a wireless keyboard and mouse when I'm at home though.
3. Yes, I have a incipio feather, moshi keyboard cover and a moshi palmrest cover (Although I only use the trackpad cover and not the actual palm rest cover.)

1. 13" late 2010, 1.8(6?)GHz C2D, 2GB RAM, 128GB SSD
2. Used to be my main computer, now replaces by a shining new 15" rMBP. Honestly, after using the MBA, any other laptop is too heavy. Have to get used to it.
3. No, real men don't use cases/covers. I hold the computer around like a book.

1. 11-inch • Mid 2012 • 2 Ghz i7 • 8GB • 256 SSD

2. I use the Air as my main computer. I work in media and the portability of the machine is invaluable. The Air is connected to a 27-inch external monitor when I'm at home, paired with the wireless keyboard and trackpad. My iPad gets a fair amount of use as well, but I spend most of my computing time with the Air.

3. Usually I'll put the Air into a sleeve and then toss it in my work bag. No case or skin, though.

1. MBA 13" late 2012 (2GHz core i7\8Gb RAM\512Gb HDD)
2. I use MBA when I'm outside of my home and as an additional computer (sometimes I like work in the kitchen :)). Percentage of usage - 70% - entertainment/20-30% - work, also my wife likes it :). At home I use it with Dell 2007WFP (20.1" perfect IPS display) as a primary monitor for watching multimedia. For work purposes I boot Win7, for entertainment also Win7 and sometimes MacOs (videos are playing in Windows without any lugs whereas in MacOS with latency - I don't know why). Also I was amazed when I could game in FarCry 3 with low-middle settings without any problems! MBA is my the best buy!

Additional devices:
- magic trackpad (I still getting accustomed to it)
- logitech m555b (wireless bluetooth mouse) as primary pointing device
- external USB HDD 1Tb +eToken for secure data on it
- HP MicroServer at home with 2x1.5Tb HDD + 2x3Tb HDD - for storing backups, multimedia and work data.

3. Case: Krusell Gaia Slim for transporting.

Consists of my MacBook Air and various CDs/ DVDs from my old MacBook that I have yet to transfer over to an external, along with various Mics and boxes for my Apple stuff :p

1. I have a mid 2011 model 11" MacBook Air (baseline) though it was manufactured in around April 2012, so it still has some Apple limited warranty on it ;) I traded my White MacBook for it.

2. This is my main laptop/ desktop computer and does all I need, though I would absolutely love to have an external if I had a little extra cash

3. I use one of my old LL Bean bags I got from a yard sale (yeah I know :p) but it seems to be the right size for the 11"

(Oh yeah thats the back cover of Revolver by the Beatles... the lines are from printing it out and putting it together cause it was so big :p)

1. Which MacBook Air do you have?
Macbook Air Mid 2012 13". Base model but with the 8GB RAM upgrade.

2. Is the Air your main computer? Do you use it along with an external monitor, another computer(s), iPad or ?
It is my "secondary" computer. Or rather, the portable one of the bunch. My workstation is a home-built Desktop PC with 16GB DDR3, an i7-2600K and 2x Nvidia GTX 460, running Windows 7. I'm mostly using google services in order to bridge the two platforms together.

3. Use a sleeve, skin, speck case? What kind of bag or backpack have you found suitable for the Air's?
I usually keep it in a simple sleeve before I put it into my Stucano Work Out laptop bag. The one day I couldn't find the sleeve (and thought "hey, what's the worse that could happen"), I tripped and fell and got a nasty little dent in the aluminium. :( Though it's the kind of dent people wouldn't notice if I'm not pointing it out so hopefully I'll get over it. :p

1. 13" i5/8GB/128GB

2. It's my only computer. I would like to get an external monitor at some point but it's not essential. My iPhone is the only other way for me to access the Internet.

3. Don't have a case/bag/skin. I like my laptops naked especially if it's a mac. Beautifully designed machines! Will probably get a case for it although I won't use it too much. Just incase I have to take it to a friends house or the Genius Bar. Saves me stuffing it back in its box.

Seriously, just buy a nice, properly fitting, bag. Putting it back in a box to move it around?

There are a number of slim fitting bags, and no matter your opinion on wearing a bag, it will look 200% less dorky than carrying it bare or in a box.

1. 11". I used to have an ultimate 13" but ended up selling it and getting a great deal on the 11".
2. I have a classic macbook pro that is my main computer. I also have a netbook with an HDMI output that I use as my media center machine.
3. I use a Sena Folio, slipped in timbuk2 messengers. The air is also covered in a wrapsol and I have moshi clearguard, track guard and palmguards all on the machine to protect it.

Boy, your MBA is sure protected:D Seriously, that setup is nice. For me, I have the 13", and like you, I have the Moshi keyboard cover. Also, instead of the Sena folio (which is awesome), I have a cheaper case the CaseCrown case. Compared to the Sena, the CaseCrown has a suede (or suede-like) material inside; it's nice to rest my palms on. Even though it looks good (brown exterior), I prefer the black color of yours.

-MBA 11" 64GB
-Using it as my main in conjunction with 4TB WD external hard drive. iPad 2 for basic Safari browsing, MBA for everything else.
-Naked.

Cross post on the photos, I originally used them to showcase my iP4 with custom Titanium backplate but the two look good together :)

what case is that on your iphone?
