MacBook Neo Unboxing Videos Shared Ahead of Launch Day

In my mind, making good money to get free stuff early and make videos about it would be fun. But I remember watching maybe last year or so Chris from Daily Tekk explain why he stopped making those kinds of videos. I don’t know how he makes money now, but it made me think a little harder about how stressful it must be to know your livelihood depends on how you can act shocked and excited and thrilled while reviewing a product that looks exactly the same as the previous video you made but now instead of something taking 5 minutes it takes 4 minutes and 37 seconds.

Now I know why it says “earns commission” on her video and the video is minutes long of fake smiles and repeating nonstop adjectives of praise. Come on, Apple. Let some normal people get the joy of being able unbox it early. If the product is as good as you say it is, it’ll sell itself without the fake home

This is the only halfway decent video I could find so far on the Neo without the usual social media slops trying to get their apple commission check. Seems to do just fine with 8gb of ram. Multiple tabs, multiple programs, etc all open at the same time and being used.

No doubt it is a good MacBook. I would prefer to get the version with TouchID. I like Citrus the best. Overall colors could have been better. Blush is too light and Indigo is a lighter Midnight (found in Air). Think it will sell very well.
