Hello guys,

i have problem with my MBP 13" late 2013. Error occured about a month ago. How can i fix that sound? What can be wrong? I have already cleaned my MBP fan...

Sound:

Thanks for your help

Hard to tell with that short sound clip, but the clicking sounds mechanical, like the fan rubbing against something.
Do you only hear it at boot, or is it a random noise that you hear occasionally any time your MBPro is running?
Does it make that sound when you have the bottom cover off? You may be able to determine the location for that noise.

Thank you for your response.

It is very hard to shoot this sound. So sound is coming from the right side of computer (when it is open). Like i said, i already cleaned MBP fan from inside, i also tested fan with Fancontrol on maximum RPM and i did not notice that sound. So i am pretty sure, that fan is not involved here.

OK.
Is there a repeatable moment when you hear that sound? (What do you do to make the sound happen?)

Where does the sound come from when you have the bottom opened?
(Yes, of course, you have to be careful when power is on with the bottom cover removed :D )

Do you ever hear the sound when you have not actually touched your MBPro (and it's just sitting with power on)

Have you ever taken to an Apple store, and let someone else listen to your sound?
