Macbook PRO 13" late 2013 electrical sound

Hard to tell with that short sound clip, but the clicking sounds mechanical, like the fan rubbing against something.
Do you only hear it at boot, or is it a random noise that you hear occasionally any time your MBPro is running?
Does it make that sound when you have the bottom cover off? You may be able to determine the location for that noise.

It is very hard to shoot this sound. So sound is coming from the right side of computer (when it is open). Like i said, i already cleaned MBP fan from inside, i also tested fan with Fancontrol on maximum RPM and i did not notice that sound. So i am pretty sure, that fan is not involved here.

(Yes, of course, you have to be careful when power is on with the bottom cover removed

I did find another thread about an issue that "sounds" similar to yours. Might be worth looking at...

This is the same issue? I do not think sou, because here is not problem with speakers. I didn't find when noise repeat. Actually is more mechanical noise... And yes i can leave my MBP on the desk and not using it, and noise will repeat sometimes.
