macbook pro 13 Menu Bar Supposed to be purple?

is the menu bar supposed to be purple? It starts out grey and gradually is more purple on the right side..

My macbook does not do that, both running leopard?...

The menu bar is slightly transparent, which means it'll show the background color of any picture. In this case, the purple from the Aurora picture.

You can turn off the menu bar translucency in

System Preferences > Desktop and Screen Saver

if you want

You can actually change it to purple with Magnifique. 🙂

Oh nice!

I actually like it, i just thought something was wrong with the LCD or something... enjoying the first few hrs with the new macbook... i just came from a 2007 macbook and must say i'm loving this new trackpad... i hear a lot of ppl don't..
