2-3 Week group and mine arrived today!!!

My $100 gift card that is ;)

Still processing for the RMBP. I am going out of town tomorrow for a week and a half. I really hope mine doesn't deliver on time. I want it delivered to my house the day before I return home :)

I dont wanna know that my $3000 computer is sitting waiting to be used at home :(

I was originally told mine would be next week, then this wednesday, and I got it this morning. Awesome machine....

My gift card came today and it required a signature except I wasn't home... I didn't even put a authorization to release to deliver on my front door, but I guess the delivery man waited for me too long and I was never there to sign it so he assumed I had a release form which I never had and just left it there.. I hope they don't assume and do that with my laptop when it comes in 2-3 weeks..

2-3 weeks here...

Est. delivery 2 July - 6 July. Delivery is 2-5 business days. So hopefully it will ship in about a week. I think I ordered pretty soon after the timer ticked over to 2-3 weeks so I think I'm one of the first in that group.

Hey guys! I was 7-10 days time frame and last night it went from processing to preparing to ship. I got an email from my bank late last night that a charge was made and once that happened I went into preparing to ship. Later in the day it shipped. From talking to apple when ever it says preparing to ship, the package is already in the hands of FedEx. I'm so excited!!!!! It will be here in 3 days. If you call apple and complain they will give you free expedites shipping, that's what they did for me! Good luck!

For any Canadians who have received or will soon receive their orders: what path did yours take? FedEx's Canadian hub is Calgary, correct? Something like Shanghai --> Anchorage --> Calgary --> You? I'm just curious where mine will have to pass through before it makes it to Toronto.
Half of the FedEx packages I've received since buying stuff online, including my first Mac, went through the primary distribution/processing hub at Memphis. If the plane did land at Anchorage, our tracking pages should have been updated to reflect that fact, but since it didn't...

I ordered my rMBP shortly after the education store gift card glitch was fixed after the keynote. It was 5-7 day shipping. It shipped on Friday (6/15) with an estimated delivery of 6/20. It arrived this morning! Very fun.

Ordered on the first day, around 9pm EST. I'm in the 2-3week group too but with a slightly earlier delivery date, 29 Jun-5 July. Could be cos I'm in Singapore - shouldn't take more than 2 days to get here once they ship it from China.

Still says "processing" tho. We only have resellers here so it will be a while before the new MBPs arrive on our shores, not least the retina ones :(

For those who've got their MBPs - did you get an e-mail when the status changed? Would be good to know cos then I can stop clicking 'refresh' on my order status. Always so paranoid I might accidentally click the wrong button and cancel the order :p

I got the exact same est. delivery! hoping it will deliver earlier as I will be moving to another country on the 1st of July :(

Hello there. I'm from Singapore too. It seems that the 13' MBPs have arrived as I was told by the Apple call center lady, my order has also changed to 'preparing for shipment'. As she said that the courier usually picks it up by 4, i would assume delivery would be tomorrow.

7-10 days here.
I got the email verification from Apple that my rMBP (base model) had shipped at 11 AM this morning with an estimated delivery time of 10:30 AM Thursday.
Thing is, I'm going out of town Wednesday afternoon so I'll probably miss it by a day :(

The last update was:
Jun 18, 2012 8:40 PM
Left FedEx origin facility
SHANGHAI CN

Is there any chance it could find its way to me a day early?
I'm in Illinois btw

OMG SAME EXACT TIME!!!!
What does "Left FedEx origin facility even mean? Does that mean it is on a plane? Because I haven't seen an update since that one at 8:40 yesterday.
I'm in Illinois too btw!
I really want it on wedesnday :(

From what I've seen it looks like "left the origin facility" doesn't necessarily mean it's on a plane yet :(

Here's hoping I'm reaaaaally wrong about this

Same here, mine "left the origin facility" around the same time as you guys. I'm hoping that FDX 90 that just landed in Memphis is carrying them :)

3-4 week group with an estimated delivery of July 12-18 (threw on 2 day business because eh, why the hell not).

I think to get the no interest financing on it I have to make a purchase worth at least $1000 within 30 days of my account opening, which I got just before WWDC... think this will be an issue, since they're having shipping delays and seem to only charge for the MBP once its shipped?

It would say "In Transit" if it was on the plane and I am hoping mine is on that Fedex plane that just landed in Memphis about two minutes ago. Only way to know is if it gets scanned and my tracking information gets updated. The wait continues on...ahhh

BTW UPDATE: I just checked my tracking information and indeed mine was scanned in at Memphis, TN about an hour ago which hopefully early tomorrow morning it will be on a plane to my local airport and be at my door step by Wednesday if not little sooner (crosses fingers)

Mine says In Transit at the top just under that tracking status bar, but those incremental updates still say Left FedEx Origin Facility. It's been over 24 hours with no update so I'm thinking it's on a plane...there is no other explanation!
My credit card, however, has still not been charged...

No, you're mixing up your personal tracking and Apples third party reference numbers. The 8xxxxxxx number you are tracking right now is Apple sending bulk to their own facilities in Europe. So Apple requested delivery to itself for June 21th. It will arrive on the 21th in CZ, or NL and merge with additional items. After merging you will be provided with another tracking number (UPS, TNT, DHL, Hermes...)

Yeah, that's why I said that Apple requested delivery on Friday. :)

But I do wonder if it's a scheduled delivery or if it's just a date that the system added automatically. We'll see today I guess. Flight has landed in Amsterdam.

Preparing for shipment now :D

Today I had the first hand experience of the "good" Apple customer support. There was some issue with the payment not going through, or at least an email from Apple saying that. Causing me to call my bank and Apple several times. The CSR just told me at the end of the call that she's waiving the expedited shipping charge for my troubles. :)

So my next macbook is being delivered 26th :D (probably sooner, I hope Friday or Saturday)

Anybody's thats further past the 7-10 day group (read 2-3 or 3-4 weekers) gotten any luck yet in terms of getting ready to ship?
