MacBook Pro A1502 (2015), turns on but does not boot

Greetings to all. We have a 2015 MBP A1502.
When turned on with the button, the cooler spins at low speed for about 2 seconds, and then spins up to full speed. The image is not displayed either on the display (it is not known whether the display is working) or on an external monitor via HDMI. There is also no power gong. At the same time, the processor heats up.
I checked all the lines, there seemed to be no short circuit anywhere, the resistance of the processor power phases to ground was 10.3 Ohms.
Motherboard model: 820-4924-A
I think I need to flash the EFI. What do you recommend doing?

You’re trying to boot w/out the battery installed? Don’t think that is possible.

Something similar happened to my mom's 2019 unit and it was a fried SSD. Hope that's not the case for you.

No, i have booted and uses a 2010 MBP just fine without battery, just that you need battery for the touchpad to show up in the Settings. Idk about 2015s , though.

You don't need a battery to boot mac. Make sure that your power supply is correct (60W). Try to disconnect everything but the screen and power supply to eliminate any short in I/O board or keyboard.
