The wasd key usually gets really hot cuz it's on top of the logic/motherboard which will get to 70°c when gaming and 85° in ultra mode.I keep my Mbp on a Cooler Master laptop cooler and used a internal cooler speed controller software (smcfancontrol) and set it to its highest speed (6200rpm). P.s. one time when I was cleaning the collet myself and forgot to plug the wire back in (careless mistake -_-) and the processor,Intel Core (i5) and CPU reached 90°c!Almost killed it though.I bet I could even fried some eggs on it XD.
