Macbook Pro (late 08) Wont Sleep

When I clam shell to put it to sleep, it wakes its self up after 10 or so seconds, also when I put it in sleep from the menu, it also wakes up after 10 or so seconds. I reset the Pram and SMC controls but that didn't help.Resetting the SMC had worked in the past when this happened.

Any ideas? Would a hard reset help?

When you try to put it to sleep and it wakes up, check the Console log, Applications -> Utilities -> Console

What does it say?
 
@ctk7 Are talking about console messages? right after i put it to sleep?

@jav6454 Snow leapord, everything else is running fine, this happened before, but SMC reset fixed it that time.
