Hi,

I have a Macbook Pro Late 2011 model that says service battery, What are my options, can anything be done without having to replace the battery?

You can continue using it as is, it will just not hold a charge as long as it once did

Pretty sure that model has a user replaceable battery and is easy to do
You can look it up on iFixit to get the info and demonstration
The cost of a new battery is prolly $100 or less if you do it yourself
