I'm in the 24/11-1/12 window but no charge taken still.

13" BTO. Chances that is is delivered by 24th are looking like impossible. I guess I should get used to the idea of a 1st December delivery.

I just tried to reach Apple CS. It is not possible at the moment to get in contact with them.

In Germany it's always hard to reach CS on the phone. If they even let you through you have to wait for at least 20 minutes most of the time.

Apple CS in UK are being overhelmed by demand. trying to connect to a CS person for 30 mins . Just want to complain about their stupid logistics for Europe, outdated website and them sending Invoice and starting AppleCare week before sending the actual device. I will complain all the way . they should feel our pain. Not to let them leave us alone with "Shipment information received in Eindhoven" "flight recovered in Dubai" "A kitten died in Melbourne" ..

But be nice to see something int he tracking they give us besides "yes, it's on its way......maybe".

I just talked to the Apple CS in germany. They THINK it should arrive wednesday.

The title of this thread is possibly misleading, depending on how you read it:

MacBook Pro Late 2016 EU shipping

That could lead the reader to infer that the MacBook Pro is Late shipping.

Clearly the title should read:

MacBook Pro 2016 Late EU shipping

Let's not leave the reader in any doubt, let's state the facts...or soon to be facts.

My window closes on the 23rd.
At this point I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't show up before that.

I guess apple will just move the window back and pretend it's all good...
First we see all Americans get P2S and we get nothing.
3 days later they receive their macs.
We get nothing.
Then at the end of that week some of us go to shipped. And here we are....
5 days later and no one has a god Damn clue where our macs are.
It might almost have been worth ordering in the states, ship to store, fly to NYC and pick it up....
I feel for the people who are late December in eu...
Imagine having to wait to late January / February of your machine is faulty...

The late is the indicator of the MBP
once upon a time apple released macs 2 a year so they had to go with early and late to indicate the model.

Atleast i think that was they idea of the title.
I don't think people expected it to be late

I think Apple should not be about just delivering products just about in delivery window. They should be fair/transparent and keep updating customer. Engage with them and share the excitement. Simply be amazon.

Registered an account just to report this: I had an order in shipment, estimated arrival on Friday, but its order status changed this morning from sent to (translated from Dutch) as "Shipment damaged -- please contact Apple".

Now that's an interesting status, never saw that one coming...

Now that's an interesting status, never saw that one coming...

And here I was thinking they only had 4 different types of status

But yeah, same here, still stuck in pudong, since 4 days now. I really don't see the point in "shipping" them if they are not actually shipping.

My TNT shipping is still at Pudong Airport also. I hoped that Macbooks are on the Saturday flight to Liege. Today a flight from Shanghai Pudong has arrived in Liege at around 7.55 AM, tomorrow a flight from Pudong will arrive around noon at Liege. The macbook has to be on the flight tomorrow for a delivery on Wednesday.

Regarding to the link given in this thread, the MacBook have leaved Luxembourg at 06:51 AM. So I guess they shoudl be there arround 11:51 AM. Hopefully the DHL page will update soon. If they will be departured from Amsterdam to Eindhoven today, maybe a delivery tomorrow is quite possible. Maybe someone of you talked again to DHL CS.

yea finally talked with CS . She says that my order is in Amsterdam. Dhl didnt update their website yet and will deliver before friday.

i will call 0800 107 6285 to complain about Applecare start date.

and i will send an email about Apple Website and Europe logistics. Apple the Scrooge McDuck

Just had a web chat with possibly the friendliest CS person apple has. Asked for the air freight number and I was given 7CP2816. Which left Luxembourg this morning. I now have a new page to refresh!

After reading this entire HUGE thread and laughing at how people are going nuts. I just thought i'd give my two cents.

My order online says it will be delivered today. Like everyone else the DHL website has had no update since Thursday.

I didn't panic or anything, considering the window for delivery is till the 25th. I am just as eager as everyone else here but thats the window.

Anyway I was expecting an update to DHL this morning and there was no update. So I called up Apple support who told me, that the delivery for the 21st was a mistake and it will be delivered by 25th.

It is what it is, just thought i'd let people know here. I am sure some will get it early and others will get it later - it will come... unless its a life and death situation that you need your new laptop and even then, there is nothing you can do, other than cancelling your order.

Something tells me that the delivery dates given by Apple (the 23rd for me). Weren't conservative at all.

I don't expect mine tomorrow and I'm not convinced I'll get it Wednesday.
