Regarding to the link given in this thread, the MacBook have leaved Luxembourg at 06:51 AM. So I guess they shoudl be there arround 11:51 AM. Hopefully the DHL page will update soon. If they will be departured from Amsterdam to Eindhoven today, maybe a delivery tomorrow is quite possible. Maybe someone of you talked again to DHL CS.
ETA at Amsterdam is Mon, Nov 21, 2016 18:00 according to the DHL tracking. Then they need to ship them to the distribution center in Waalwijk (am I writing this correctly?). There they need to be sorted, shipping labels need to be added etc. I bet we see no movement in the DHL Express tracking until later tomorrow.

After reading this entire HUGE thread and laughing at how people are going nuts. I just thought i'd give my two cents.

My order online says it will be delivered today. Like everyone else the DHL website has had no update since Thursday.

I didn't panic or anything, considering the window for delivery is till the 25th. I am just as eager as everyone else here but thats the window.

Anyway I was expecting an update to DHL this morning and there was no update. So I called up Apple support who told me, that the delivery for the 21st was a mistake and it will be delivered by 25th.

It is what it is, just thought i'd let people know here. I am sure some will get it early and others will get it later - it will come... unless its a life and death situation that you need your new laptop and even then, there is nothing you can do, other than cancelling your order.

While some people (me included) may take it a bit far it's inexcusable that they are available in-store in America while we're still waiting on the first pre-orders.

What?! ETA for 18:00?
This is crazy..

Damn it. I was happy to preorder it and now I just want to cancel it. Damn logistics..
I bet I'll be the one who has a scratch or something else on his MacBook Pro. :D

I have friends in California, and could have got colleagues were in San Francisco to pick one up. The reality is the availability checker is most likely out of date. Apple make more from EU considering the exchange rate, its not like they are prioritising US over EU. In fact its probably the bureaucratic process EU has the issue here.

TNT in Arnhem!!!

I had a conversation with CS UK yesterday and was told the DHL tracking wouldn't start to update until the MacBook was actually in the UK. I have never had that happen with any delivery so i'm not convinced. This is shocking from Apple.

I know they still have time (28th estimate for me) but there has been no update since friday, when it shipped.

My Mbp 13'' originally in the window 25th/2th was shipped today!!

Delivered by 28th November (Italy) with DHL Express.

Is DHL better then the others? Or should I expect delays?

Just got a tracking update, my Macbook shipped by TNT is now in Arnhem, NL. So think it wasn't on a TNT flight to Liege, I think it was on a cargo flight together with DHL deliveries.

Just spoke to Apple Chat. They couldn't offer me a freight number and said it's most likely my MacBook is making its way through customs. Not sure if that's customs in china or in Europe though! I'd assume customs in Europe!

Also just spoke to Apple Chat... Took 20 minutes to get through to anyone! The agent said he couldn't see any tracking details for specific orders at their end, and told me I'd see details once it was in the UK (so I can't even see if it's been picked up by DHL)... RUBBISH... For a company that built itself on UX, it sure has a pretty cruddy user experience for BTO preorders in Europe!
