On the guide I can read :

1. Shipped
The goods are ready to be picked up.
2. In transit to customer – shipment on schedule
It's sitting at the airport in Shanghai waiting to fly out.
3. Shipment dispatched
Your air cargo flight left.
4. In transit to customer – shipment on schedule
It is in AMS, but not cleared customs yet.
5. Preparing handover to final carrier
It's passed through customs, and is on its way to AMS DHL hub.

I've had for my apple tracking the following steps :

1. Shipped (at the factory)
(maybe there was a brief In Transit to Customer between 1 and 2 like the guide states, but I didn't see that)
2. Shipment dispatched (on the plane)
3. In Transit to Customer (AMS Customs?)
4. Shipment dispatched (in fact, it's maybe again on a plane, an intra-european one this time ;) )

Instead of "4. Shipment dispatched", I was waiting for the next status : Preparing handover to final carrier / In transit to customer / In transit to destination country / With courier.


It's not a big deal, just hard to say if it's still in Shanghai or not.

I'm sure there will be some moves on DHL tracking by tomorrow.

Following the guide by jonyiveswhiteroom I thought it was in the Shanghai to AMS flight (CZ459 - 7CP2996) which landed yesterday at about 10h00.

When I wake up this morning the status went back to shipment dispatched. Hard to tell where is my mac. Maybe it took last night flight finally...

That's identical to what has happened with my status updates. I've just been on live chat with Apple to get more info and they said it is currently in the air and due to land in Amsterdam today. They then offered up the Housebill number for the cargo shipment without me asking! I'm certain yours is on the same flight as I got my shipping notification on Monday too.

House bill Number: 7CP5377 and on flight: CAO1023

So, first post here. I've been following my shipment on its flight form South Korea (why not Shanghai?) and it's landing in Amsterdam in about 35 minutes. Sched. delivery in Denmark is 7th Dec. Surely I can expect it to deliver early, right? I don't have a tracking number yet. Only the waybill.

If yes, please tell your order date and delivery window.

Looks like everything stuck.
My order date November 8th. Delivery window: Dec 13-19.
 
Still trying to figure out just where about my MacBook actually is it was dispatched yesterday so far I have on Apple tracking:
-shipment dispatched
-in transit to customer
And for dhl tracking I only have the way bill not a tracking number and it just say shipment information received my delivery date is 7th I've got to the point where I think it's either waiting to get through customs in Netherlands or waiting to be flown out from Shanghai can help figure out where it is?? Like what flight or anything?

Mine came P4S yesterday, shipped minutes ago ! Ordered 4th November, initial delivery window 12/12 -12/16 , delivery now for 12/07

Thanks! So the housebill numeration changed from 7CP2XXX to 7CP5XXX. Based on this info, I can guess that my shipment (with DHL shipping info received on November 29) is probably this 2000 kg one: https://www.logistics.dhl/us-en/hom...tml?service=dhli&type=HBN&tracking-id=7CP5400 - airplane CSN453 which is scheduled to depart in an hour or so.

No more unlucky than me - mine says 'Dispatched' on the Apple site, and it's been saying 'Shipment Information Received' on the DHL site since Sunday evening :( (BTO 15" 2.7GHz 1TB 460)

Just guesswork based on previous posts. I started from the housebill posted by timdriver and incremented by 1 a few times, stopping at a 29 November shipment (there's a few of them actually, but all on the same plane). Not sure it is the right way to go, but from what I've understood from @jonyiveswhiteroom's guide the "Shipment Entered Into System" date on the air cargo tracking should match the first item on the regular DHL tracking, so it should be this flight - which btw is leaving Shanghai right now.

I see. Not sure I've made that flight as I'm now on "In Transit". Incrementing from 400 isn't showing anything though, so I guess something might pop up tomorrow unless it arrives in AMS with CZ435.

Where is your shipment at the moment?

Mine got shipped today with TNT and is currently in Pudong on its way to Bern.

Do you know how to figure out the plane it's going with?

Hi guys, I just can't understand, my order was shipped Sunday 27/11/2016, so it's now more than 72 hours, and DHL is still showing : Shipment information received. Is it normal ?
Apple estimate that it will be delivered on Monday 5/12, is is still possible ? Can i hope to have it on Friday ?

Well it looks like we're at the exact same stage mine was shipped yesterday night too and is currently in transit to customer and I got tracking number and I got same message from dhl so looks like we're together in this
