Hey!

My Order Date (MB Pro "13 with TB,default config) was 28th Oct.
Processing on 2th November and shipped today (30th November) around 3:15 pm (GMT+1). How do you guys figure out on which plane your MacBook is?

I've only got a DHL Express shipping number.

My is now in Transit from Shanghai. So it's on a flight! ☺️ But I don't know where the flight is going. :p What is your estimated delivery date? My order is also destined for Bern :p

Estimated delivery date is 6th of december. But I hope it can make it by Monday.. or even Friday, but that is probably not possible.

Hi there,
It is probably this one:

Mine should be on the same flight.

How did you figure that out? Shouldn't it be rather a TNT flight?

It is just an assumption, but the timing matches the TNT records and there was no TNT flight leaving Pudong this evening. Also, it was one of the few cargo flights departing Pudong at the right time.

That's great. good job. Will see tomorrow morning if the status will update. Do you know how many days it takes until the final arrival after it arrives in the Netherlands?

Mine says estimated delivery time is Dec 5th. It looks reasonable, even tight. Probably this weekend is not that feasible to have it.
I assume you are pretty much in the same boat, for the next week delivery.

My Apple tracking has just been updated to say estimated delivery date for tomorrow. Was showing the 6th up until about 30 minutes ago.

It was a merge order so not sure where its been, and the Syncreon tracking number doesn't work yet, but progress! :)

13TB/2.9/16/512 ordered on 29th October to the UK.

Wow. That's some nice progress! Mine is also a merged order, supposedly in Amsterdam right now.
What does your event timeline look like on the expo site when you use your tracking number from the original shipping e-mail?

UPS is killing me. Yesterday morning it arrived in Sweden with delivery scheduled for today. As of yesterday afternoon it's been forwarded to destination city, but estimated delivery has been changed to "information unavailable at this moment, check back later". The Apple website also says delivery delayed. I'm abandoning all hope for delivery today and hoping for better luck tomorrow.

Edit: So the status on the Apple webpage changed to "out for delivery", but the UPS tracking still says "In transit" (next step being out for delivery). I also got a text from Apple saying that today is the day (supposedly, they had to add). Don't know what to make of any of this. Hoping for the best, expecting the worst I suppose.

Hhhhhmmmmm! Yesterday at 17:00 my package went to "In Transit" which means that the parcel was flown out from Shanghai. But now at 01.00 CET my package cleared customs in Geneva according to TNT? Is there such a thing as pre-clearence when it comes to customes?

The two last DHL shipments I was tracking made moves :

- 7CP2996 (China southern flight from Monday to Tuesday. Recovered at Amsterdam airport yesterday at 22h27).

- 7CP5377 (Air China from Tuesday to Wednesday. Recovered too at Amsterdam airport yesterday at 23h42).

We may expect some moves today : packages go to final carrier during the day, will take the flights from Amsterdam to Leipzig between 22h00 and 00h00 (except for UK, it seems that it goes directly to the UK without a stop at DHL hub in Leipzig), then another flights to destination countries at 4h00, and then for the most lucky of us, out for delivery on Friday, if not on Monday.

No DHL Tracking Status Update since monday :( Apple estimates it for 2. december. So 24h to get any status update
Same for me, no DHL status update over night, no status update since Monday at all.
However the Apple Status switched from "In transit to customer" back to "Shipment dispatched". Does anyone happen to know what that means?
Hope my Macbook is ok, Apple Website still says I'll get it tomorrow!

Let's not have that debate! The UK is still in the EU and (despite the vote) doesn't currently have any plans to tow itself away from the continental landmass... ;)
Yeah, please don't leave, stay with us! Europe is such a great idea, overcoming the problems (e.g. wars) of the last centuries and living together in a free and social Europe. We can be proud to be Europeans!
