I received mine yesterday but after a few hours it didn't want to charge/start up again.
I've been in contact for 3+ hours with apple support on twitter yesterday.
I've been on the phone this morning for 2,5+ hours.
In the end they finaly told me I could go to the apple store in Brussels today and exchange my macbook...
For all the problems I have had and because I would go all the way to the apple store in Brussels, I would get a compensation in the end.
So I did...
Unfortunately when I got there they told me they were not able to do so because it was an online pre-order, they can only exchange items that have been bought in the apple store. Items that have been ordered online had to be returened via ups and a new order had to be made....
Wow, apple.... you are the best in costumor care.....
