Not a lie.

Shipped on the Apple status means it has shipped from the factory and is somewhere between there and the origin of delivery which happens to be Amsterdam and where DHL actually track your individual parcel, up until that point it's part of air freight.
 
I've still got in transit to customer, shipment on schedule. Nothing on DHL though since the initial label.. hoping for movement soon or just that DHL aren't updating properly and it all happens at once

Estimated shipping still 29th December though
 
My package arrived at my local delivery facility 07:30 this morning, it still says delivered by end of day today.. I would assume it would have updated to 'with delivery courier' by now as it is 09:25 and all delivery vehicles would have left the depot.

Either tracking info is delayed or it hasn't made it out on todays delivery trucks.

Mine has been on "Shipment information received" ever since last Saturday 13:49 and hasn't changed since.
Apparently - according to a friend of mine who works in logistics - it's stuck in the DHL depot awaiting clearing from customs.
Due to the december peak it could take longer to get clearance.

Mine still isn't out for delivery. Still processing nearby me. Getting antsy here.

Same position here. Well, I'm seeing "Processed at LONDON-HEATHROW - UK" (which is also the destination service area)...
 
My destination service area is GATWICK. Current status is departed from HEATHROW at 10:03.

I'm pretty sure I won't be getting my MacBook today.

Hmm, no change here, although mine's being shipped from Heathrow.

Unless there are two deliveries a day, I suspect it might be tomorrow. But, then again, DHL still have an estimated delivery of today...

Mine arrived at 11:08 at the Gatwick Delivery Facility. So theres still hope.

Mine left Amsterdam at 20:33 - 6 hours before yours. But went through god damn Brussels at 3AM. Didn't get to the UK until 4 AM. Took forever to go from Amsterdam to Brussels.

I am in exactly the same position as this. We are different by 2 mins on the time stamp . Called Apple last night and they said I should expect to hear something in a few days!!! Reason given was that the Mac is still being internationally shipped and tracking will change when DHL receive the product in the U.K.

Seems to be a very different story to what has been happening for most people.

Is just kinda frustrating, having being shipped, it not even showing with the logistics company yet.

I found out if you ordered several other orders you will get "Appointment Request" because it is waiting for other products that you ordered to be merged to be sent together. I have checked and mine is getting merged tomorrow evening.

Okay. Mine is still on it's way to Prague, but will arrive in Frankfurt today. I hope it will arrive till Friday. *fingers crossed*

Where did you check when it'll be merged?

3 days in "appointment request"
Atleast 2 days in "handover"
