Still nothing. Called Apple, told her they have a week to prepare and ship it, the girl was like.. "well, if it's sent next week then there's a change it might be on time..."

Estimated shipping was 2-3 weeks, it shipped after 3. Estimated delivery when ordering was Nov 17-24, current estimated to Nov 24. Apple is sure just holding their promise.
