MacBook Pro not turning on

I just got my MacBook Pro a brand new battery and charger and now my MacBook wont turn on when I hit the power button why would it not turn on? The weird thing is that I had it runing earlier today

Is the battery charged? Does the charger light light up? If so, what color? Does it blink?

The battery is fully charged and I took that battery out and tried it without the battery and its still not turning on

If that's the case then your best option is to find an Apple store and set up an appointment or a repair shop. You can't expect people from a forum to help you when it is a hardware issue!

What he said pretty much. We can help you diagnose the hardware issue (diagnose and possibly fix software), but as to fixing it, only Apple knows.

Did you check if the contacts from the battery to the comp are not damaged?
