I was just randomly browsing last night, nothing heavy, and the screen glitched out, then the whole thing just shut down. I just thought it was a random error and tried to turn it back on, but the screen was blue. It mostly stays on the screen with the apple logo and the progress bar, the bar stops half way and the screen has a light blue tint.

I have tried resetting PRAM, SMC (?), I can't get into Safe Mode at all, there doesn't seem to be a recovery. I tried this Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck - Apple Support and nothing made a difference. Occasionally one of those would "work" and by that I mean it changes from that light blue screen to a plain white screen.

The nearest Apple retailer to me is closed. Anyone got any ideas?

It's a late 2011 Macbook Pro running El Captain if that helps.
