Thanks to whoever helps. I'm new to the OSX world so I'm really hoping to get the Koingo Utility package to fill a whole bunch of gaps in my apps (and I have very few friends who run OSX :( )

Once you've purchased the bundle, you will get a referral link.
If you get 1 person to buy a bundle through your link you'll get an additional game (Pop-pop)
If you get 2 people to buy a bundle through your link you'll get the game and a Koingo Utility package of 13 of their apps.

You had to participate in the Missions which have been going on for the past 2 months or so.
There were 4 $2 discounts for a total of $8.
$2 each for Missions 1, 2 and 3. And a $2 discount for participating in Tweetblast.
You can still do Mission 3. Just go to www.macheist.com/welcome

I see. For $39 and part of that going to charity, I almost feel silly going for a discount ;)
