Apologies if I am being dense, but isn't that 26.0 KDK only for Tahoe? The problem I am running into is that OCLP is looking for a KDK for 15.7 (24G207). I can see it is trying to fall back to a 15.6 KDK, but cannot find one and then is unable to proceed to root patch since the 15.5 KDK is not a close enough match. If I rename the 15.5 (24F74) KDK to 15.7 (24G207) to try to force it to fall back to the most recent KDK for Sequoia, the patcher proceeds and seems to merge the kexts with the system volume but then when trying to rebuild the boot and system kernel collections it fails due to unresolved dependencies.

Did you try the same procedure with the 26.0 kdk?

Yes, I tried renaming the 26.0 KDK to match 15.7, and many, many errors including unresolved dependencies when trying to build the boot and system kernel collections. So, no luck with that.
Sounds like it’s not as easy as i thought. I was certain i saw the hint on github, the 26 kdk is downward compatible. Wishful thinking perhaps!
