Won’t be surprised if it is released in the next couple of hours. iOS got it on Saturday.

Do they usually post the update (roll-up) on the website before it appears as an update in the App Store? Or other way around?

That's because the "date gate", I don't think Apple has any intention to release the iOS update on that day.
Totally agree but things have been quite out of order with Apple lately.

I think App Store gets it first. Not sure.

The Mac App Store always gets it first.

It may take 12-24 hours for the update to show up in the support section of the Apple website. Combo Updates always show up after the delta updates as well.

Anyhow 10.13.2 is unlikely to be released today.

They’re probably delaying it to QA a bit more to prevent a repeat of 10.13.1. At least they do a public beta now.

the root admin account zero day security issue is likely causing Apple to double down right now on their QA process.

I'm willing to wait a bit more until that annoying "Month 13" error flooding the log is fixed.

I’m hoping it’s soon, fingers crossed it fixes a few bugs that have been crashing iTunes while performing backups with my iPhone and iPad.

I hope it is today. Does anybody have a change log of what new to expect in 10.13.2 or all we have is security and internal improvements? Haven't seen any beta threads for it.

There was a front page article about the sixth beta of 10.13.2 on December 1.

The article mentions that there were no significant feature enhancements in the first five betas and nothing to note in the sixth either.

Thanks. I remember seeing it once but just got lost in the threads.

Its out. Mine is already installing.
Apple has made me a happy man today. Dont think there are any features in it. Hoping for something new in 10.13.3 beta next week.
[doublepost=1512593648][/doublepost]Fair game to apple. TBH if you do compare HS with iOS - HS has been pretty apart from the root password messup. It is very polished and everything seems to run smoothly. Haven’t come across anything that would be a concern on my 2016 rMBP.

Highly unlikely we see a 10.13.3 beta before New Years. All X.3 betas of iOS or macOS have been seeded after the holidays.
