Just did a Spotlight Search and found it...It’s just hidden. It’s a default app in every macOS since Yosemite. It was even in the Dock in 10.10.

It's not awesome, a lot of apps are still crashing like Facetime, Lightroom,iMovie it's still not stable enough...Guise.

No Feedback Assistant whatsoever after I installed 18A389 over an existing install of High Sierra. Not in Application Folder nor in Utilities.
EDIT: Found it under system/library/CoreServices/Appplications...
