Yes. It will work on all M1 Macs (which don't have either T1 or T2 chips. 😉

T2 chip is there for last few generations of Intel MacBook so it should still work.
If it does not, a good old fashion secure erase of the whole hard drive can do the trick just fine.
Yeah I know how to erase my MacBook but was just hoping this was included but I do not have any T2 chip on my intel machine.
Oh, well. Then you have no choice but to do traditional erase for the same effect.
Actually no. Only Macs from 2018 and forward are supported... You need a T2 chip or an M1
