macOS Monterey - Notifications Not Shown in Clamshell Mode

Hi All,
My MacBook Details,
* macOS Monterey (Version 12.1)
* MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017)

I'm using it in the clamshell mode (lid closed) with two Dell S2721QS monitors. I have setup notifications allowed in the notifications centre for the apps like (GMail, Slack, etc.) but don't get them from any of the apps. However, when I use the MacBook lid open, the notifications work just fine.
Can someone help me to fix this?

Can confirm the behavior. Might have to wait for a macos update to fix this

Go to "System Preferences..." > "Notifications & Focus" and check "When mirroring or sharing the display".
