Now, these restrictions that Apple is imposing are becoming increasingly ‘suffocating’ even for those who have always chosen Apple because of their distrust of Android/Windows and their excessive ability to modify the system with all the associated risks.

What are some of the restrictions you are mentioning here?
 
No telling. I would assume it would release with the others, and since it didn't, I'd expect it in just a day or two. I don't think that they'll wait all the way until the next cycle.
 
Disappointing that there's no beta to install today. Tinfoil hat time: maybe there's a new product that would have been exposed so they're holding it for one more day.

Hm.. that's probably not so far off actually.. I wonder why product leaks via betas anyhow? I mean, in-house testing can get their own builds slightly modified so that these model numbers aren't exposed - or so I would think

So perhaps by the end of the week?
