• Alarms may not play when display is asleep for a long period of time
  • Workaround: Make your display not fall asleep in Settings > Lock Screen > Turn display off on ____ when inactive. You can turn your brightness off.
• British keyboard icon in menu bar is wrong - shows as [A]
• Applescripts to check calendar event alerts don't work
• Applescripts accessing Contacts fail with a (false) permissions error
• Calendar events created with a location have a "time to leave" alert set even if that option is disabled in preferences
• Unable to play the next song, previous song, or pause using AirPods or keyboard.
  • Music will also not show in Control Center
  • Workaround: Reboot your Mac

Resolved Issues

• Widgets may not load / appear completely black
• Focus would not show up on the other users end. Because of this, all messages will show a notification regardless of the focus status
• Deleted messages may re-appear in the inbox for some users
• Emails may not come in for some users

I've got a few bugs I track through each beta. Once it becomes available to download (just checked - nothing yet here in Switzerland) I'll see if my bugs are still present and update the wiki (and my Feedbacks!).

The pending issue status are for issues that you had in previous betas but unsure are fixed. Since these exist, can you put it in Remaining Issues?

Fast user switching crashes certain apps for me, like WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams.
When I have these apps open (visible or minimized), switch to another user account and back to mine, these apps are no longer running. When I re-open Teams it states that it has crashed.
That bug is new in this beta. Has been working flawlessly before.
This beta also introduced a new jitter during the fast user switching animation on the login screen. No deal breaker, but it looks very bad. Was much smoother in the last beta.

The Location menu item exists under the Apple Menu, but the Networks Settings app does not have an explicit way to manage them. You can create or delete items using the command line. Selecting one and then opening Networks allows you to edit them.

my issues (which i reported here and with apple) actually were resolved this morning; an issue at the ISP's end. so, not sure what's happening for others, but here.... Mail is fine.

Just got word for the Alarm issue from Apple!
They are now aware of the issue and are working on a fix.

Hopefully they fix it in Beta 12 / RC.

I’ve had more “WindowServer quit unexpectedly” crashes today than I can remember. Each time a reboot. Maybe 6-7 times today alone. Easier to just leave my MBP off. A damn shame.

Is anyone having any problems with USB-C to DisplayPort Cables? My screens won't detect a signal. I have tried multiple screens and multiple cables.
It will, however, detect a signal from a USB-C to a USB-C cable on a USB-C monitor. I have been told it might be a Beta 11 problem.

Woke to see another Kernel Panic.. Looks like it was com.apple.driver.AppleARMPlatform(1.0.2) that caused it?
