Thanks, but that's just a contact email, isn't it? There should be a link to click on one's account page. I mean contribute money, not a story.

I’m on the mobile site. If I click on my avatar in the top right I get a menu. One of the options is Paid Membership (Ad Free) which links to the contribution page

Strange, have you tried a different browser? Sounds as if someone from MR should help you renewing the membership.

You have to wait until it expires before you can renew.

It would be nice to be keep it going without it expiring. I agree. Maybe @arn can change that aspect.

Hi! We had it set up so you could extend but it appears that got dropped somewhere along the way. Looking into it.

Also, a message from the forum software reminding us that our contribution is about expire and that we need to renew if desired.

Some contributing members may not like the payment to be auto renewed. I personally would rather have the choice to renew or not.

So... I figured out why.

We did have it so it would:

- Alert you of an expiring membership
- Allow you to extend prior to it expiring

But, we have been working on revamping the membership system, and so about a month ago, I changed some things in the back-end about the existing membership. This means the extend doesn't work since the details of the membership have technically changed since you original purchased.

Sorry. When you repurchase, "extend" should work again.

Now I have a notification that my membership has expired, with a link saying “to renew, click here”. The link goes nowhere. Come on, guys, sort it out! Don’t you want my money?
