We may have got off to a slow start but my Amber Sox are starting to pick up the pace now up to second in our division and third overall.

It's the All-Star break - The All-Star game is tonight and then some teams have games on Thursday and the rest start back up again on Friday. It's the longest week of the summer if you're a sports fan.

In comparison, four days without matches is about the same length as the pinkie-commie soccerball close season. I don't know how you cope.

I don't know how I cope either. I work nights and baseball from 6pm - midnight is the only thing that gets me through. Apparently, I'm going to have to be productive this week.
I suppose then it means that our selections for the weekend take on extra importance, no margin for error this week.
