Thank you for the message.

I'm afraid purchasing something from company A does not equate to 'knocked-off'. By this very definition, the CEO of Scottvest has purchased various garments before they started and has also recently backed the recent 'Worlds Best Travel Jacket' aka BauBax project on Kickstarter, does this mean they will knock it off?

No one is suing anyone, they tried but petty claims of using their non-existant trademarks and EU rights were rubbished. None of our garments have their patent implemented nor do we advertise this.

Your entitled to your opinion of us, we have thousands of satisfied customers and media personnel who have tried/tested our garments and they love it.

p.s. MacRumors readers can use discount code MACRUMORS at checkout for a 10% discount.

I'm all for sticking up for your brand in a debate, the cheeky p.s about the 10% discount , makes me question product reviews on MR.

This isn't a review, it's a giveaway. One lucky reader will get 100% off. The rest can have 10% off as a consolation prize. I don't see a problem with that.

You represent the company? Great! What's with that picture of the tiny little jeans?

We have a lot of customers who purchase our garments for the purpose of carrying their cabin luggage on them as airlines won't let them carry more than X amount (you have to pay extortionate fees if you want to carry more than the allowed limit).

The 'tiny' jeans were meant to represent a pair of jeans being folded up and inserted in the rear side of our vest. I think it's fair to say this hasn't come across well so will get our designers to sort this out.

Much appreciated :D
