Happy Anniversary and congratulations on 10 years. I respect your decision to give up your medical career, something I'm sure was a long time dream of yours, to keep up with this site and spend more time with your family. I had no idea of this until today. I was also very presently surprised to hear the support your father had for your decision. Cheers! Keep it up. Here's to many more years!

Quite a few people rate articles negative just so they can see people fly off the handle ranting about it. Best to just ignore it.

I have read the site for years, but only joined a couple years ago to make comments. It is my top visited site along with HuffPost. Nice work.

After years of other rumors and websites biting the dust, this one is the best community and i hope sticks around for decades to come.
Funny thing is Macrumors still looks the same as years ago. looks like same Forum software is being used all this time.
