Nice, congrats. I remember a Highschool Friend, he was the first person i knew who had a Mac. He told me about MacRumors in the early 2000s. I remember looking things up back then. My interest then excellerated after the iPhone was introduced. And then in 2010 i bought my first iphone (iPhone 4) and Mac (i returned it within 2 weeks because the Retina iphone screen was so much better than the MacBook pro’s), thats when i became a regular here. Thanks for the great info.

I've been here 25 years (though it took me 8 years to register), and 10 years before that was reading MacWEEK every Tuesday at the family-run Apple dealer where I worked.

MacRumors,Appleinsider
& Daring Fireball are my favorite websites. Happy Birthday to everyone at MacRumors!
I have been reading you guys since 2011. I have been a member since 2015!

I didn't register for the forum till 2007. I did frequent it regularly when it started up but I spent time in the forums on MacCentral first till they shut it down. Probably why I signed up here since we knew eventually MacCentral will soon be shut down. Good old simpler days when we waited for the Magazine or paper...used to call it MacLeak with the rumors on it. lol fun times.

Wow!!

I made my account about 10 years ago, but I read the site quite a bit before that. I recall an older version of the site, but not sure if it's the one posted. It's nice to have a non-Reddit site to visit and have discussions.

Congrats! 🎉

Edit: My account will be 10 years old in two days!

I remember watching the MacBook Air launch in 2008 on the MR liveblog in the back of social studies class.

Life has had plenty of ups and downs since then, but this website has always been a nice thread of constancy. Plus, reading MacRumors is always a good use of time - I've learned so much about technology and business from your work.

Cheers to 25 more years, MacRumors, and thank you for what you do!

Happy bday MR! I've been with you ever since my switch back in ~2007 (the old 17" MBP), way before I ever registered a profile. Have always appreciated the insights and early info. Thanks to you and the community!

A very Happy Birthday to MacRumors (I'm a Brit and on this occasion, I've left out the U ;) ).

Without this website and all of it absolutely brilliant staff, reporters, and members, many a time I would have been in rather a fiddle.

Kudos. One of my most frequented sites. I remember years ago, they decided to shut down TUAW. Oh no!!!!! Where will i get my Ming Chi Kuo inside info??? In came MacRumors with a seamless transition.

Congratulations on 25 years. If I had one criticism of the site it would be the volume of sponsored content on the front page, deals and things of that nature is a bit high and could do with toning down. Apart from that, still a great site.
