Beware - VM Fusion No Longer Part of the Bundle

I was about to buy this bundle, and then I saw that VMWare Fusion is no longer part of it. Is that right?

I hit the purchase button before I realized that VM Fusion was no longer part of the package. That was really the only reason I was buying the bundle.

So did I and im pretty upset about it. And Boom won´t install because of an error (with no further description). And even though I specifically unchecked the newsletter option, they are sending me daily newsletters. I have unsubscribed again, but for some reason I am lacking confidence of that happening.
