I'm really considering this. I would like iStat Menus, Phoneview, concealer, FX Photo Studio, and Bookends, but could really care less about Toast 11 and Data Rescue 3. But what I really want is 1Password an Parallels (or Vmware), so I might just wait until the Winter bundle.

Also check out the BundleHunt, which has Tumult Hype, Divvy, TN3 Gallery, WriteRoom, LaunchBar, Color Schemer Studio, Wordpress themes, and more for $50. I am most likely buying it because I am doing lots of web design (including HTML5) recently.

1Password 3 is $19.99 in the Mac Appstore right now, 50% off with a free upgrade to 1Password 4 in the near future.

anyone using earthdesk?
looks kinda nice, particularly for a mapnerd, but i'm wondering about system resource/battery consumption.

I have used it in the past very low on resources worked great but sometimes it would flash back to the regular desktop during expose etc I was using tiger so it was awhile ago may give version 5 a shot.

It was only when someone asked if anyone used Earthdesk that I realised I still had it on my system...

So there we go...

Use iStat menus all the time.

a word of warning for those running Lion! I bought this bundle a few days ago and it crashed my system twice on download. This required a full re-install of Lion and a lengthy trip down to the Genius bar. I understand the economics but if this software was Lionised (is that a word even?) wouldn't they be selling on App store?

What makes you think the AppStore is compulsory? Plenty of lion-compatible software is distributed outside of the walled garden. Quite apart from the 30% entrance fee, a fair number of developers are not interested in jumping through Apple's software hoops to get in.

Like I said, I understand all that and the economic driver is a significant factor as is Apple's rigidity (I am led to believe) in appraising third party software. I was merely pointing out my experience on a 2011 Macbook Air which came pre-installed with Lion. It may not be the same situation with everyone and may also be a coincidence. If nobody speaks out when things like these happen then everyone thinks theirs was an isolated incident.
