Hi everyone, this is my first post. After following all the rumours over the last few days I can only conclude the following.
There will only be one major product announcement from Steve today, sure he'll talk about iPod and the like but I'm sure he will announce his own personal supercomputer thats available to himself only, the Apple iGod, which he will use to mind control the whole of the world's population to go out and buy Apple products and ditch all the Windoze crap that they have !!
If anybody can speculate on the specs of this new beast please do so.

My predictions for MWSF

Plasma displays: NO (outdated, unreliable technology)
Mac Mini: YES (Yonah dual 1.66 and 1.83 GHz I hope, but i fear single 1.66, no ViiV or TIVO)
iBook: YES (same processor as Mac Mini, X600 graphics)
iLife '06: YES (with iWeb for web page creation)
iPod Shuffle: YES (smaller form factor, white and black, no display)
Developers: co-announcement with Adobe that all apps are on schedule to be x86 native within 6 months
PowerBook: discounts on current models, Yonah-based dual 2 GHz and 2.16 GHz models within 2 months (don't know if this will be announced)
x86 transition: all new macs to be x86 based by September

Also 50:50 chance that a multi-media Mac will be introduced, together with Apple-branded remote, Blu-Ray reader drive, maybe cube form factor?

Less likely: Apple-branded LCD display(s).

We'll see soon...
