Thank you. And yes 🙂
M1 MBA hereI just posted similar problems in another thread.
Curious what systems you are on, is this a M1 issue?
My 16" I9 was updated to Monterey within an hour of my 13" M1 and I have had no mouse problems yet just the M1.
It just stops after using it for a while.
If I disconnect it then reconnect it the scrolling function returns. I didn't have this on Big Sur at all.
Anyone seeing this?
Thanks.

i posted it the other thread, but resetting the SMC does not resolve this. so, apple needs to fix it (hopefully next point update). for now, when it happens (at least here, it's pretty random), you can just turn your mouse off then back on...This has been happening to me all day today. Did my Monterey Update last evening... Very annoying and reported.
My guess is that this is a bug that for some reason affect different devices.I haven't had this problem with my Magic Mouse, but I did have this problem with my Logitech MX Anywhere Mouse for Mac, when it is connected via USB!
The only resolution I found was to restart the OS! Very annoying!
macOS 12.0.1 on a 14-inch MacBook Pro...
I did have that until I did install macOS 12.1 Beta 2.Just downloaded the Monterey. I have the same problem with M2 it keeps loosing the scrolling and swipe features.
And the CAPSLOCK doesn’t flash with the yellow light when it turns ON and OFF. Does anyone have that too?
