Mail.app Exchange accounts require approval?

Trying to login to an Exchange O365 account that worked perfectly fine in iOS 13 but now on iOS 14 it is saying it requires approval? Anyone seen this and/or know how to fix it?

Having same issue here with my company’s 365 email/calendar. Once I installed iOS 14, I was met with a request to re-enter my password and then I got that admin permission problem and can’t get past it.
