Mail keeps giving me an Internal error.

See enclosed screen shot. I run mail and use scripts to send mails.

From time to time, I get this error.

I use the latest mac OS on a Mac Mini.

Not sure what you mean here or where to find it. I looked in Console but see no Mail Crashes.

Console should give you access to the crash reporter logs. These are stored on your system. The »Show Details«-button in your screen shot as well as the following step after clicking the »Crash«-button will access and display/allow you to report the corresponding crash reporter log.
Here is a description on how to access these and other logs via console.

Actually for each time this occurred there should be a mail crash reporter log accessible via console (as long as you have not cleared out/deleted logs by any means).
