Major iOS bug!! Allows you to listen in on people

Haven’t experimented on anything but the latest update. But I can FaceTime anyone and if they don’t answer I can still hear ALL audio. I’ve reported it to Apple. Has anyone else discovered this bug

There are some steps to activate this bug. But I’ve tried with several different phones to reproduce.
