Not so sure about a larger screen. Apple has done a TON of research that shows the screen size is spot on. Why? You can "one hand" type and txt by using only your thumb and reach all the screen. I think that if it got "android big" you'd need two hands to type/txt.

Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

This is an excuse many iPhone screen size apologists tend to use. That, and the "I can't fit a larger screen in my pocket excuse". The reality of it is, on a 4" screen, it isn't difficult for the average person to reach all of the screen. As for pocketability, believe it or not even phones with the 4.5" screen size can easily fit into a pocket. Now I can understand some people not wanting to go over 4", but to coming up with reasons why 3.5" is "perfect" is a bit much when you consider the fact that the screen size can be increased without making any notable increase in overall device size. Remember, the Sensation has a 4.3" screen yet the device is only slightly larger than the iPhone, so a 4" screen should be easy.

I make jokes about having a large phone in my pocket, I know it will fit. But I don't want a bigger phone in my pocket. I hate bulky pockets. I don't carry a full wallet, I use a leather bill fold with ID card holder. I have a keychain that separates, so when I leave my car I carry only my car key and leave my other keys in the car. I can see my current iPhone screen fine, and I think it's big enough for all my needs.

Again I think people overestimate the size of the larger screen phones. A 4" screen phone will have very little increase in phone size. Essentially, you will not notice an increased bulk in your pocket. One thing you have to realize is that the iPhone is not exactly the best design it could be. The amount of bezel on that phone is a bit much. They waste a lot of space on the phone. This is why other manufacturers have been able to make larger screen devices and still not increase the overall size of the device by a noticeable amount. If Apple used a minimal amount of bezel they could very easily increase the screen size without you noticing any difference in bulk in your pocket.

I think I'm most looking forward to the name being revealed.

I'm tired of hearing the 4S wasn't a big enough upgrade (it was a HUGE upgrade), and people are waiting for the "real" iPhone 5.

Also, when the 6th iPhone comes out, being the 6th-generation hardware, with the A6 chipset and iOS 6 - why would people still think it will be called iPhone 5?

No, I don't overestimate it. If they make the phone just slightly bigger I won't like the size. I didn't even like the free bumper that Apple sent me on my iPhone 4. I don't use a case on my phone mostly because I don't like the size of the phone with a case. I don't mind if they make the screen larger, if they can keep the phone the same size.

I am hoping for:

LTE (and battery life to handle it) :D
4" screen
Maybe a faster processor

A better camera would be nice, but it's not a deal breaker for me. I would hardly call these updates a blowout.

Considering about 90% of the shots I take and upload to social media are with a crappy 2MP camera on my BB Curve, I would welcome anything. 8MP is probably better than the point-and-shoot I have now, but I'm not sure I would want anything more than that...

I have a DSLR Canon T1i that has I think 10.8 MP... The file sizes are huge. Not sure I would want to fill up my 16GB that quickly with a bunch of huge files.

I'd probably sync them to my desktop and resize them by 50%, then put them back on my phone just to save space. I don't need the ability to zoom in and see each and every individual pore on my face, especially on mobile.

The number of MP has little to do with the quality of the image. The more MP the larger the image. Doesn't mean mean the quality is better, just that you may be able to put it in a billboard without loss of quality.
